Welcome to our Machine Technician/Business Development – 2 Year Graduate Program which is our foundation to help industrialise Africa by increasing productivity and undertaking value addition through provision of access to machinery and equipment leveraging our platform.
The program is remote based in various towns and cities across Africa, primarily to help our client base ‘mostly SMEs adding value’ to test and install machines/equipment which they sell or buy through our platform.
To qualify, you must have recently graduated from any polytechnic, college or university across Africa. Most importantly you must have the ability to work remotely and independently.
For the Inspector Role you must have qualifications within the engineering or mechanical field and for our Business Development role you must have marketing or business related qualifications.
The program is for 2 years and is compensated for the work done.
We look forward to having you on board to help transform the fortunes of Africa through increased productivity and value addition, leveraging positive policies such as AfCFTA.
Yearly, the best talent on our graduate program will get to travel internationally i.e to China, for our 2 to 4 weeks skills transfer initiative with some of the machine manufacturers we work with - this is to bring the best technology to Africa.
