Welcome to our Machine Technician and Business Development – Partnership Program which is our foundation to help industrialise Africa by increasing productivity and undertaking value addition through provision of access to machinery and equipment leveraging our platform.
The program is remote based in various towns and cities across Africa, primarily to help our client base ‘mostly SMEs adding value’ to test and install machines/equipment which they sell or buy through our platform.
To qualify, you must have graduated from any polytechnic, college or university in Africa with an engineering, mechanical or techinician qualification.
Importantly you must have the ability to work remotely and independently against the set monthly Key Performance Indicators 'KPIs.'
An understanding of business 'directly or indirectly' through real life experience or certificates in business studies or marketing will be an added advantage
We look forward to having you on board to help transform the fortunes of Africa through increased productivity and value addition, leveraging positive policies such as AfCFTA.
The intial phase of the partnership will run for 2 years 'renewable' and is compensated for the work done on a monthly basis.
Yearly, the best talent on our machine inspection program will get to travel internationally i.e to Canton Fair in China for skills transfer with some of the machine manufacturers we work with - this is to bring the best technology to Africa.
Growth opportunities post the first 2 years for our top performers, include our initiative to help you setup a machine and equipment rental business within your town or city
